This mountain range is a natural transition to the south of France, take a drive down the winding, small roads and enjoy the shade under the green leafy roads or take a beautiful walk on one of the hiking trails.
Here are a couple of recommendations. There are many beautiful places to visit picturesque middle-aged villages in the Tarn.
The Tarn-et-Garonne: ideal for bikes ‘easy’ routes, ‘vélo routes’, mountain bike circuits, they are all beautiful. Bike ride het Canal des Deux Mers, descend along the in de rivier cliffs van de Aveyron, Climb in the hills of Lomagne of de Quercy.
Residence la Salamandre is situated in one of the best waking and trail routes in the south of France, the beatilful cliffs and gorges, the beautiful blue/green of the river Tarn so much to see.
There is a myriad of local markets here in the Tarn, local farmers and people bring their wares everything from fruit, vegetables, meats, cured meats, local cheeses, clothes, shoes gardening equipment, plants, clothes, shoes, bread and wine and local petit producteurs sell there harvest. Please enjoy and support the local businesses.
