Can I check in earlier?

Unfortunately this is not possible, provided you request this in advance, however, this is excluded in high season.

Is the office open all day?

No, the opening hours are from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.

Are bath towels and sheets provided?

Yes, but only for the number of people you are booking for. You must bring your own towels for the pool.

Can I swim earlier than the stated opening time?

We want to keep the peace for everyone until 10.00. Swimming pool is open from 10am to 8pm. Straps for children without a diploma is mandatory in and around the pool.

Can I use the WiFi?

Of course, but as soon as you start downloading games or movies, the internet goes down here and nobody has internet anymore.

Can we receive people from outside?

Just for a tour,

If I book for two people in the low season, can I use the whole gte?

No, you only rent the ground floor and the rooms upstairs are closed. If you still want to use the upstairs, we will ask you for a surcharge.

Can I join dinner and/or breakfast regardless of whether I rent a room or a gîte?

Yes you can, breakfast is no problem and we cook about 3 times a week.

Is there a fridge in the room?

No, for hygiene reasons, we prefer that you do not eat in the room, if you want to take care of your own food, a gîte is a better option. We do not provide plates and/or cutlery and use of the general refrigerator is unfortunately not possible due to hygiene.

Can we use a BBQ on coal or wood?

No, this is not allowed due to fire safety.

The use of billiards and darts is in consultation and above 16 years.

NB You must arrange your own travel and cancellation insurance.
