Gaillac prime 19 to 22 November
the Gaillac primeur is a great opportunity to discover the Gaillac vineyards, its villages, its landscapes and its inhabitants! With family and friends, a whole range of activities awaits you: tastings, meals, markets, walks, concerts…
There are events that we look forward to throughout the year….
Known as one of the oldest vineyards in France (4th century BC), it is an entire area that has developed around the cultivation of vines and the production of wine. Many architectural elements remind us of this: the abbey of Saint-Michel de Gaillac, dovecotes, bastides, wine huts… Constructions that form landscapes fortified by the men and women of the vineyards. From hill to valley, on the paths that traverse this ocean of green, you will discover a place steeped in serenity.
Gaillac’s vineyards also consist of 400 vintners who work every day to preserve their terroirs. They offer our territory a unique cultural richness and are the living translation of the conviviality that prevails here. To celebrate the end of the harvest and the release of the Gaillac Primeur, they also offer you a festive weekend.
